When life puts me in tough situations, I dont say WHY ME?, I say TRY ME”.

Values

Gratitude

My childhood was anything but easy; in fact, quite the opposite. But looking back, I’m thankful for my mom, my family, and every struggle I’ve faced. I believe that everything serves a higher purpose.

For instance, because money was tight, I had to quit boxing after the free trial, even though the coaches saw potential in me. I switched to chess simply because it was a free class.

Later, when I found myself around the wrong people, the strategic thinking I developed playing chess saved me. Instead of fighting with my fists (which I’ve done in both boxing and street fights), I learned to think things through and solve problems in a smarter way.

Family

I am a proud father of four. In fact, it was my first child who pushed me to get my life together at 25, and my children have inspired my best decisions ever since.

I am not always the perfect father, as I also love and enjoy everything connected to my business, but I am doing my best to balance the two main sides of me: the entrepreneur and the family man, Sulev.

The only place I truly disconnect is the countryside. There, I unplug to simply be present with nature and my loved ones.

To me, self-development isn’t just about leading bigger teams; it’s about becoming a better father and partner. Home is the ultimate training ground for leadership.

Discipline

What I really like is self-discipline and pushing myself to do more than I think I can. Especially doing things I don’t initially enjoy.

About seven years ago, I started working out. I learned to love the struggle of the 5 AM wake-up call, fighting through resistance, tears, and cold showers.

But this isn’t just about the gym. It applies to every kind of self-improvement: accepting challenges, solving problems, finding better solutions, and simply putting in the work.

Ambition

I’ve known from a very young age that I want more. I want to take our family further, become a millionaire, and make a real difference. These were not just words; I took action. Lots of action.

As a result, I astonished my family at just 13 by earning more than my entire extended family combined. I was even able to support my aunts and parents.

Many years later, as an adult, I faced a situation where everything fell apart. Yet, I managed to cope with those problems successfully, all thanks to the hardships I’ve endured since childhood.

Contribution

Times change, and so do our priorities. Many years and businesses after my first dream of becoming a millionaire, I have seen big numbers come and go from my bank account.

Honestly, even though bigger numbers brought bigger opportunities and more freedom, the feeling wasn’t as different as I expected. As a result, I no longer chase money. Instead, I pursue my values and opportunities to contribute.

Fortunately, I’ve always been the kind of person who finds joy in others’ happiness, especially when that happiness is a result of something I’ve done. That energy is a much more powerful resource than numbers in a bank account. That is why we have integrated more ways to contribute into our businesses.

Growth

Transformation: I’ve shifted from being inward-focused to open, observant, and more emotionally present. The way people treat me reflects this change, humbling and powerful.

Gratitude for people: I’ve been surrounded by incredible people. Every one of them, combined with all the experiences, good and bad, has helped reshape my values.

Leadership evolution: I now lead a team not just with structure but with empathy, energy, and real purpose. It’s not about tasks; it’s about keeping people inspired.

I never thought I’d love this work so much. But today, I do,  because I’m incredibly lucky to be working with a team that truly wants to be here, not just because they have to, but because they believe in what we’re building.

This is not just a company.
It’s a movement, a family, a mission.
We are building a legacy together, and I am all in.

M i s s i o n

My goal is to reach the top, not by competing, but by completing each other.

I have acquired all my professional skills through action, simply by navigating life. Often, I started with complete ignorance but enough boldness to challenge myself. Proficiency followed only through trial and error.

Of course, I sometimes desire shortcuts. Yet, I believe that everything happens for a purpose; the journey is just as necessary as the outcome.

Because my goals in life are massive, I know that constant growth, both as a person and a leader, is required.

That brings me to my mission: to persistently create paths not just for myself, but for everyone around me. My goal is to reach the top, not by competing, but by completing each other.

    Tandem

    The Meeting That Changed Course

It all began with my ambition to build a legacy, a massive and lasting business where success was originally measured by the numbers. But destiny had a different script. Enter Martin Mander. Initially, he was introduced as an advisor, but he quickly became the project’s compass.

Martin wasn’t looking for just another business venture; he needed meaning. His insistence on deep, value-based clarity forced me to pause and ask myself: Why are we really doing this? That was the moment a “business project” evolved into a human-centric mission.

    Synergy: When 1 + 1 = 11

I realized that true magic doesn’t happen when two people are the same; it happens when they perfectly complete one another. We discovered that we are two sides of the same coin, distinct in our strengths but inseparable in our purpose. Where I saw the potential for success, he unlocked the potential to serve people.

This dynamic created a rare synergy where the sum is far greater than the parts. This trust is the foundation of everything we do, proving that we are infinitely stronger together than we ever could be alone.

    From Profit to People

Martin’s arrival rewrote the DNA of this project. My focus shifted from profit to purpose, from transaction to humanity, and from “I” to “We.” This journey has taught me that the most powerful force isn’t capital, but two human beings aligned in vision, daring to grow together.

We are no longer just building companies; it is proof of what happens when business meets heart. This is our shared journey, and we invite you to be a part of it.
